History of chemical industry
The chemical industry is one of the fundamental sectors of Uzbekistan's economy. It was established in response to the growing need to accelerate agricultural production through the construction of enterprises producing mineral fertilizers. The modern history of the Republic's chemical industry began in 1932 with the commissioning of the Shorsu sulfur-gold deposit.

Совет ГАК «Узкимёсаноат» на основании ст.58 Закона «Об акционерных обществах и защите прав акционеров» сообщает единственному акционеру по 100% пакету акций в уставном фонде компании ГУП «Центр по управлению государственными активами» о необходимости принятия единоличного решения и оформления его в письменной форме 30.06.2014 года по вопросам, отнесённым к компетенции общего собрания акционеров.
