Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of "Uzkimyosanoat" Joint Stock Company will be held on December 23, 2025

TO THE ATTENTION OF SHAREHOLDERS OF “UZKIMYOSANOAT” JOINT STOCK COMPANY!

The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the joint stock company “Uzkimyosanoat” will be held on December 23, 2025 at 15:00 in the administrative building of the company, located at Tashkent city, Navoi Street, 38.

AGENDA:
1. Approval of the number and the personal composition of the Counting Commission for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat”.
2. Approval of the Regulations for conducting the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat”.
3. Approval of the new organizational structure of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat”.
4. Approval of the new edition of the Charter of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” through the introduction of relevant amendments, as well as approval of the new edition of the Regulation “On the Executive Body” of the Company.
5. Review of the audit opinion issued by KPMG on the annual consolidated financial statements of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” and its subsidiary enterprises as of 31 December 2024, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
6. Approval of the Regulation on the procedure for insuring the liability of the members of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat”.

The shareholders’ register for notifying about the General Meeting shall be formed as of 28 November 2025, and the shareholders’ register entitling shareholders to participate in the General Meeting shall be formed as of 17 December 2025.
To participate in the General Meeting, shareholders are required to present their passport, while representatives of shareholders must present a power of attorney executed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
