Today, the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat,” Odil Temirov, visited the Dehqonobod Potash Plant, where he held a meeting with young specialists working at the enterprise. The event, held within the framework of the “Youth Month,” was attended by about 150 young employees.
On the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, marked on December 9, an Open Day event was organized at JSC “Uzkimyosanoat”.
In the first half of 2013 enterprises of "Uzkimyosanoat" commodity output in current prices to the amount of 873.3 billion sums, with a growth rate of 100.1%, consumer goods amounting to 56.8 billion sums. Exports of chemical products amounted to 130.7% of the forecast. According to the localization program in January-June 2013 produced goods worth 188.4 billion sums, or 101.2% of the forecast.
In January-September 2022, JSC Uzkimyosanoat received only 417 appeals, of which: 94 appeals from legal entities and 323 from individuals. 71 appeals were satisfied, explanations were given for 346 appeals. The analysis of appeals on the issues shows that 154 – appeals were received on the issue of employment, 43 – on the issue of export mineral fertilizers, 40 – on the provision of sponsorship, 35 – on the issue of violations of law and order, 28 – on the purchase of mineral fertilizers, 16 – on the issue of increasing wages, 15 – on cooperation, 12 – for accounts receivable and payable, 5 – on converting and 1 – for a preferential pension, 68 – for other issues.
During the nine-month period of 2025, “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and affiliated enterprises implemented a range of anti-corruption and compliance control measures in accordance with applicable legislation and internal regulatory documents. Throughout the reporting period, anti-corruption and compliance initiatives were carried out within the Executive Office of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC as well as at “Maxam-Chirchiq” JSC, “Ammofos-Maxam” JSC, “Uzkimyosanoatloyiha” JSC, and “Uzkimyoimpeks” LLC.
The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) as part of a Joint Project with JSC Uzkimyosanoat is announcing full Scholarships for Master's Degree (2 seats) and Doctoral (PhD, 6 seats) Programs in Chemistry field at one of the prestigious universities in Korea!
As part of efforts to develop domestic production and reduce import dependency, Uzkimyosanoat JSC, in collaboration with Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the Uzbekistan Chemical and Pharmaceutical Scientific Research Institute, organized a meeting to discuss the localization of chemical reagent production for the oil and gas industry.
As part of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the business forum “Uzbekistan Economic Days in Europe” in the Belgian capital, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” and NEXTCHEM (a subsidiary of the MAIRE group) on the implementation of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology in Uzbekistan.
Dear colleagues, esteemed members of the public, and valued partners, Today, I address you to outline our firm position in combating corruption in one of the key sectors of our national economy - the mineral fertilizers industry. Every step we take in this field contributes not only to the development of “Uzkimyosanoat” but also to the progress of the entire Republic of Uzbekistan.
Based on and guided by the principles of national legislation, as well as international standards for an integrated management system (ISO 14001) and the ESG sustainable development strategy, the policy of JSC “Uzkimyosanoat” is aimed at: • Minimizing negative environmental impact by ensuring the reduction of: o emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere; o discharge of wastewater; o production waste generated by the sector’s enterprises; • Increasing the volume of waste recycling and utilization, with the phased implementation of low-waste and “green” technologies; • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions contributing to climate change through: o the implementation of “green” technologies and production processes; o the use of alternative sources of energy and other resources; o the development of methodologies for calculating and taking measures to mitigate negative environmental impacts to greenhouse gases; • Modernizing production lines in accordance with international standards to ensure minimal energy consumption and environmental impact; • Rational use of natural resources and the transition to renewable energy sources; • Constantly improving the strategy to enhance environmental performance; • Continual professional development of personnel in their respective fields; • Cooperating across all areas of economic activity with government authorities, regulatory authorities, and international organizations; • Ensuring the all-time upskilling of personnel, encouraging employees who contribute to the development of innovative production methods and efficient work practices; • Ensuring efficient use/consumption of energy resources, as well as exploring the transition to alternative/renewable energy sources.
