Full text of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan
PREAMBLE (Unofficial translation) We, united people of Uzbekistan: solemnly declaring our adherence to human rights and freedoms, national and universal values, principles of state sovereignty, affirming our commitment to the ideals of democracy, freedom and equality, social justice and solidarity, aware of our ultimate responsibility to the present and the future generations for building a humane democratic state, an open and just society in which the person, human life, freedom, honor and dignity are the highest value, relying on more than three millennia-long historical experience in the development of our statehood, as well as the scientific, cultural and spiritual heritage of the great ancestors who made an invaluable contribution to world civilization, being determined to multiply and protect for present and future generations the invaluable natural wealth of the country and to preserve a healthy environment, based on the generally accepted norms of the international law, striving to strengthen and develop friendly relations of Uzbekistan with the world community, primarily, with neighboring states on the basis of cooperation, mutual support, peace and harmony, aiming to ensure a decent life for citizens, interethnic and interfaith harmony, well-being and prosperity of the multinational native Uzbekistan, hereby adopt and proclaim the present Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Information on the acquisition by the company of its shares
In accordance with Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On joint stock companies and protection of shareholders’ rights” the acquisition of shares is carried out in the following cases. Shareholders - owners of voting shares are entitled to demand redemption by the company of all or part of the shares owned by them, if they voted against or did not participate in the vote for valid reasons when the General meeting of shareholders decided on: reorganization of the company; consolidation of placed shares; the conclusion of a major transaction related to the acquisition or disposal of property by the company in accordance with parts two and three of article 84 of this Law; making amendments and additions to the company's charter or approval of the new edition of the company's charter, restricting their rights.
Cooperation between “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and “Sinoma Energy Conservation” expands through new projects
“Uzkimyosanoat” JSC continues to strengthen its strategic partnership with international industrial companies. Today, a meeting was held between Odil Temirov, Chairman of the Board of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC, and Men Xinlin, Chairman of the Board of the major Chinese industrial-engineering corporation “Sinoma Energy Conservation.”
Kungrad Soda Plant produces 92,000 tonnes of soda ash in 2012
Kungrad Soda Plant, only soda ash producer in Central Asian region, produced over 92,000 tonnes of soda ash in January-December 2012, Director of Kungrad Soda Plant Rashid Yakubov. In interview to UzA agency, he said that in 2006 the company produced 12,810 tonnes of soda ash, and in 2011 the figure increased sevenfold. In 2012 the plant manufactured more than 92,000 tonnes of import-substituting high quality soda ash. He said that products of the company comply with international requirements, and are exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, highly appreciated by foreign customers. In particular, in 2008 “Leaders of the twenty-first century” program awarded us with the International “Golden Jaguar” prize.
The annual plan of the export for 10 months was completed ahead of schedule
For 10 months of 2022, “Uzkimyoimpeks” LLC fulfilled the established annual indicator of export on “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC ahead of schedule. In particular, for January-October of this year, the total value of chemical exports amounted to 407.3 million dollars, with an annual plan (400.8 million dollars) reached 101.7% as of October 31. The growth was 155% compared to January-October 2021.
