The project, running from 2021 to 2027, aims to improve the competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s chemical industry, develop modern scientific infrastructure, and train highly qualified specialists.

Upon completion of their studies, the scholars will continue their work at the newly established UzCCT, applying their knowledge and expertise to foster innovation and ensure sustainable growth in the industry.

Since the program's launch, the following participants have been selected:

  • 11 master’s students

  • 10 PhD candidates

The project is being implemented with strong support from KOICA, which has been instrumental in developing human capital and scientific potential in Uzbekistan over the years.
