Joriy yilning 6-dekabr kuni Moodyʻs xalqaro reyting agentligi “Oʻzkimyosanoat” AJga B1 (barqaror) darajadagi xalqaro kredit reytingini taqdim etdi.
Korruptsiyaga qarshi kurashish hamda uning oldini olish masalalari muhokama etildi
“O'zkimyosanoat” aksiyadorlik jamiyatida tashkilot tizimida yashirin iqtisodiyot va korruptsiyaga qarshi kurashish hamda uning oldini olish bo'yicha 2020-2021 yillarga mo'ljallangan “Yo'l xaritasi” ijrosi yuzasidan amalga oshirilgan ishlar tahliliga bag'ishlangan yig'ilish o'tkazildi. Videokonferentsaloqa tarzida o'tgan tadbirda “O'zkimyosanoat” AJ rahbar-xodimlari, tizimdagi ishlab chiqaruvchi korxonalar rahbarlari, Komplaens xizmati xodimlari va Toshkent davlat iqtisodiyot universiteti professor-o'qituvchilari ishtirok etdi.

Bugungi globallashuv zamonida bu jarayon yanada kuchaydi.

Information on the acquisition by the company of its shares
In accordance with Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On joint stock companies and protection of shareholders’ rights” the acquisition of shares is carried out in the following cases. Shareholders - owners of voting shares are entitled to demand redemption by the company of all or part of the shares owned by them, if they voted against or did not participate in the vote for valid reasons when the General meeting of shareholders decided on: reorganization of the company; consolidation of placed shares; the conclusion of a major transaction related to the acquisition or disposal of property by the company in accordance with parts two and three of article 84 of this Law; making amendments and additions to the company's charter or approval of the new edition of the company's charter, restricting their rights.

In January-September 2021, JSC Uzkimyosanoat received only 393 appeals, of which: 96 appeals from legal entities and 297 from individuals.
Uzbekistan and South Korea Strengthen Cooperation in the Chemical Industry
A seminar was held in the cities of Daejeon and Yeosu as part of the joint research project “Kor-UZ”, organized by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
