Report on Anti-Corruption Activities Implemented in “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and Industry Enterprises for 9 Months of 2025

During the nine-month period of 2025, “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and affiliated enterprises implemented a range of anti-corruption and compliance control measures in accordance with applicable legislation and internal regulatory documents.
Throughout the reporting period, anti-corruption and compliance initiatives were carried out within the Executive Office of “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC as well as at “Maxam-Chirchiq” JSC, “Ammofos-Maxam” JSC, “Uzkimyosanoatloyiha” JSC, and “Uzkimyoimpeks” LLC.
To prevent conflicts of interest, 260 newly hired employees across the company and its subsidiaries underwent pre-employment screening.
In addition, 97 managers and specialists from internal anti-corruption units underwent professional development training, including:
67 managers completed training courses based on the international standard ISO 31000:2018 — “Risk Management”;
30 employees of anti-corruption departments enhanced their skills through specialized courses on the “Virtual Anti-Corruption Academy” portal, covering the topic “Ensuring Effective Functioning of the Anti-Corruption Management System”.
Over 18 seminars and roundtable discussions were organized by internal anti-corruption control units, with more than 820 employees receiving theoretical knowledge on anti-corruption practices and conflict-of-interest prevention.
In line with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 2022, “On Introducing a Performance Rating System for Anti-Corruption Efforts,” information about the measures implemented over the past nine months was uploaded to the “E-Antikor.uz” electronic platform across five directions and 29 specific indicators.
In July and August 2025, “Maxam-Chirchiq” JSC and “Uzkimyoimpeks” LLC successfully passed an audit conducted by the international academy “CERT International” and were once again awarded the prestigious ISO 37001:2016 international certification in anti-corruption management.
Within the framework of public procurement, a total of 2,518 business contracts were concluded during the reporting period, all of which incorporated anti-corruption compliance requirements.
During this time, “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and its subsidiaries received 380 communications from individuals and legal entities via established trust channels. Of these, 12 were related to corruption. Internal investigations were conducted for all such cases, resulting in disciplinary measures taken against 10 employees.
As a result of 56 scheduled internal inspections, materials from 25 cases were submitted to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment. At present, 20 criminal cases have been initiated, and investigations are ongoing in 5 additional cases.
The systematic anti-corruption efforts undertaken by “Uzkimyosanoat” JSC and affiliated enterprises throughout the first nine months of 2025 have contributed to reinforcing principles of transparency, accountability, and integrity in industry-related operations.
